The location was breathtaking. right at the waterside and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, even guiding us from the taxi stand to the inn. The family room was thoughtfully equipped for kids.

While the experience was delightful, the wayfinding can be confusing. a clearer guide for navigating to the inn would greatly help future guests.

I had to rely on Google Translate to communicate since English wasn't spoken well by the staff. The girl at the front desk, Ting Ting, tried hard to assist but often struggled with my requests. Also, the moisture in the building was noticeable, especially in the bed, which made it less comfortable. On arrival, we faced a confusing charge for a supposedly free luggage transport, which was frustrating. Despite these issues, the old-world charm and central location made exploring so easy.
